That night, we moved to the lush Khao Yai National Park, a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Bangkok, and stayed at a resort hotel.There were various types of cottages on the vast grounds.The photo is "SPA VILLA" with a jacuzzi.However, even though it was a SPA, it was not a hot spring but water. 
On the 19th and 20th, there was a macrobiotic seminar sponsored by Lemon Farm.On both days, there were three lectures by Mr. Okabe and one hands-on cooking class by Principal Okada and Mr. Shimada.

I returned to Bangkok on the 21st.On the way, we took a break at a restaurant that has a deal with Lemon Farm.It was a Sunday and the place was bustling with families.Pictured is her organic ice cream in a cute cup.
