We take all possible measures regarding quality, etc., but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or if the product is dirty, damaged, wet, etc., we will exchange it for a non-defective product. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days by phone (06-6941-7506 reception 9: 00-17: 00 / regular holiday: Wednesday and Sunday).
