～If “Food” changes, “Body” will also change～ Dream dining table is a cooking class that aims to help create a society where everyone can live a healthy and safe life in search of “happiness created by dining table”.Originally, I was interested in youth development and obtained a teaching qualification.Currently, we are launching a volunteer group as an initiative about "food" and "agriculture" that we want to pass on to future children, promoting environmental conservation agriculture through various government deliberation committees, lectures, television, newspapers, events, etc. We are telling you about the inheritance of food.I often hear good news from my students that their physical condition has improved, and I am working hard with a sense of gratitude and the joy of meeting the real thing.
In the August 2019 issue of Musubi magazine, we introduced the activities of Izumo City's dream dining table: Dr. Tomoko Asatsu!
