What you can do first.Let's start by reviewing the seasonings that enter the body every day.This time, we distributed salt with the cooperation of Umi no Sei.You can buy sea spirits in Hong Kong, so be sure to change the salt in your kitchen. Then, I talked about the importance of chewing, saying, "Are you chewing?!"We had the cooperation of a rice maker who sells brown rice in Hong Kong, so we challenged them to see how many times they could chew the petit brown rice balls.When I told them that I chewed brown rice 20 times and Kyushu brown rice teacher chewed 550 times, everyone was surprised!It seems that I was able to understand how I usually don't chew consciously.
