Mr. Shojiro Takeuchi from Class A and Mr. Hiroyo Yamamoto from Class B gave remarks on behalf of the graduates. 
“While studying at the Cooking School, I came to believe that the purpose of Dr. Sakurazawa’s theory was not only healthy food, but also a way of life and mental attitude that was in line with the laws of nature. Graduation is a milestone, but in English it also has the meaning of ``departing for something new.'' Based on what I have learned so far, I would like to further improve myself. Mr. Takeuchi. 
“By creating the graduation recipe this time, I realized that the teachers had spent a lot of time preparing the class for us.
