[Immune power up information]
Recently, the new coronavirus has taken the world by storm.
In this corner, you can find information on how to build a body that can withstand corona,
We will introduce excerpts from past musubi magazines and books published by Seishoku Publishing.
The 6th article is a joint lecture record (upper and lower) by Atsuo Fujii, President of Anshin Agricultural Co., Ltd., serialized from "Musubi Magazine June 6" to "Musubi Magazine July 6" (6 in total) times).

"Not using pesticides or chemical fertilizers is not equal to organic"

“Well, now that you’ve heard the story like this, what do you think? Organic, pesticide-free, additive-free, do you think it’s a good product? I want it," says Fujii.
"I think it's a bit dangerous to explain things like, "Because it's organic, it's safe" or "Because it's organic, it's recommended as it is."
As for why he is working on organic farming himself, Mr. Fujii clearly states, "I am not working on organic farming for the sake of producing safe agricultural products (or) for the health of consumers."
“For me, what is important is me, my family, and the people around me.
Engaging in organic farming, which is agriculture that nurtures living things, leads to maintaining and expanding the environment where many living things can live.
“No pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, and no chemical fertilizers are considered to be organic, but that is not the case. I want to do organic farming.”
With a smile on his face, Mr. Fujii gave up on organic JAS certification work and is now involved in the promotion of biodiversity (living organisms certification).

Mr. Fujii and his colleagues are working on activities such as researching the diversity of living things and protecting the rich environment and culture of satoyama.

"Organic" and "regular food" according to the rules of heaven and earth are also based on the machine

What Mr. Fujii came to the conclusion was the story of "the bond between organic and regular food."
The word "organic" comes from the phrase "heaven and earth organic" in a Chinese poem. It means "There are machines (mechanisms and rules) in heaven and earth."
“There are rules of heaven and rules of the earth, and I think that organic means to produce agricultural products according to these rules and to apply them properly in our lives. "
On the other hand, regarding the regular diet, Mr. Fujii says, “Rational = ``regular diet'' based on the machine.” He raised the six basic principles of chewing and gratitude, and called on people to think again and realize that each of them is "reasonable."
Mr. Fujii also explained that the current situation is that the number of single and two-person households consisting of a single person, mother and child, or a married couple is increasing more than the total number of nuclear families and extended families.
“From now on, many of the people who will come to my cooking class will have never been taught how to cook by their grandmothers or mothers. You are their teachers. That is why I want you to realize that you have a heavy responsibility.”
And finally, "Please don't think of organics as a mere labeling system. I would like you to become a leader who can think hard about the structure of the world, the structure of heaven, the structure of the earth, and so on." It ended with a big round of applause from the participants.

"It's a scenery that even feels divine, isn't it? This is exactly what organic is, isn't it?" (Mr. Fujii)
