 It is said that the Japanese stomach and intestines are designed to eat rice, but when the amount of rice consumed has decreased to about half, various adverse effects have appeared.
 One of them is that the intake of dietary fiber has decreased.

Dietary fiber feeds good bacteria

 In fact, the intake of dietary fiber has decreased to about two-thirds of what it was immediately after the end of the war.Looking at the breakdown, surprisingly, dietary fiber from vegetables, potatoes, seaweed, etc. other than grains is almost unchanged from the past.

 I mentioned that the intestinal environment of the Japanese people is very clean, and I think this is because they eat enough dietary fiber, which feeds the good bacteria.
 Therefore, I want to stop the decrease in grain intake.Also, it is better to eat whole grains of rice rather than bread that uses wheat that is completely powdered.If possible, I think it is important to incorporate brown rice and grains as much as possible.

Then there is the issue of visceral fat.
