Special introductory lecture on Yamamura-style dietary diagnosis skills improvement held

9 by Shinichiro YamamuraThe 2nd installment of the new series, ``Observation, Food, Drinks, and Allowances for Heart Disease,'' which started in January, was held.

When Mr. Yamamura was young, he had a big sweet tooth and ate a lot of sugar, and he ate a lot of meat and eggs.A giant that weighs more than a kilo.He had nothing to do with macrobiotics and had a completely opposite diet.Because of that experience, the teacher's health consultation and dietary guidance are uniquely devised based on the feelings of people who can't stop eating what they like.

I had tuberculosis, so I ate eggs for breakfast when I was in junior high school.6I ate one.I was eating salted salmon that was so salty that I couldn't tell if I was eating salt or salmon. It's like "Heshiko", a specialty of Fukui prefecture.

I grew up with a very positive diet, so my sugar cravings are huge.I learned this after studying macrobiotics. In other words, if the constitution and physical condition are positive, they demand the opposite negative.

To put it simply, coastal people who grow up in a positive environment and diet receive a positive wind called sea breeze, eat fish, and drink a lot.to balance.

In my case, I went for sugar.Sugar was the hardest to stop.Even if I decide to do this, I end up eating.Decide not to say a word and do it3year.It's not that you want to eat it, but your body craves for it.It's an instinctive desire for sugar.and,3Even though I endured it for years, I regret that I ate it.

However, when I studied oriental medicine, I learned that sugar is not a poison, but can be used as a medicine.Eating sugar loosens it.Relaxation means that the body retains water. When it is properly hydrated and loosened, you can proceed to the next step.

When I'm strictly macrobiotic, I don't want to eat too much, but I realized that it's better to eat a certain amount of sugar.I think the problem is how to take it.

It will be an advertisement, but I wrote "Weekly3day only! The book "Eater's Diet" (Seishun Publishing) has sold XNUMX copies before I knew it, and a revised edition is coming out soon.Harumi Miyako, who rests for three days and eats for one day, or Kiyoko Suizenji, rests for three days and eats for two days.I can do it with this. When I got to that point, it was a lot of fun.

Conversely, there are people who are out of shape by doing macrobiotics. It's because they eat sugar. It's your favorite sweets.Whether it's rice candy or maple, it turns into glucose when you eat it, so it works the same. The important thing is how to eat.

Some people mistake vegan and macro as the same thing.

A very anemic person came to me for advice, so when I recommended Koikoku, he left in anger.

“I never thought I would be offered animal products,” he said.

Although I know macrobiotics, I have never read Dr. Sakurazawa's new dietary therapy. She has never practiced food remedies.

There is a misconception that going vegetarian will make you healthier.Vegetables are high in potassium, so you're going to get more and more sodium out of your body.On top of that, if you take rice syrup or maple, you will not have enough blood, and you will become blood deficient, and your body will become sluggish and immobile, and your period will stop. This is natural. If you don't know that, it's going to be a big deal if you're doing veg in the mood.

One good example of this is today's theme, "heart disease."

Next time, the third time will be on Sunday, November 3th.The theme is "Observation, Food, Drinks, and Allowances for Stomach Diseases."

We look forward to your participation.
