On June 6th, the 25rd “Rice Flour Arrangement Class” of the Macrobiotic Masters Club was held at the Osaka school for graduates of the Normal Course.The lecturer is Yuko Iwasaki, a graduate of the normal course.
Ms. Iwasaki runs “Karada ni Yasashii noah” in Kitakyushu, where she sells rice flour snacks that do not use wheat, eggs, dairy products, or white sugar, and conducts cooking classes.
First of all, the lecture started with "What is rice flour?"We actually compared several powders to see the difference in feel, grain, and water absorption.Everyone is curious.

It's surprising that all rice flour (rice flour for confectionery and rice flour) is used!
Many people participated because they wanted to use rice flour but didn't know how to handle it.There are things that you can't understand just by reading a book, so it seems that everyone got the hang of it by actually seeing how to make it and doing practical training.I was able to learn 4 arrangements this time!
