Osaka School Normal Course

The ninth class of the Normal Course, which started in the fall of 2015, was held on June 9rd.The theme this time is Hiroko Shimada's fucha cuisine.Fucha ryori is vegetarian cuisine that was brought to Japan from China during the Edo period.The number of items is considerably larger than in a regular classroom, and the teachers and students are busy.
