Spring Normal Course Starts!

Spring normal course class has started from April 4th!At the Seishoku Cooking School, students learn the basics of macrobiotics from beginner to advanced levels, expand their repertoire, and learn hospitality cuisine, food nutrition, and prescription cuisine.Those who want to learn more and want to be able to teach others go on to the normal course.Students come from all over the country for the monthly class.Every time I am overwhelmed by the power of the students of the normal department!Since I have learned about eating properly so far, I am divided into groups and work smoothly and efficiently on the division of roles.You can hear lively voices from the classroom during meal time♪ Figure 4.jpg For the first time, Professor Hiroko Shimada taught us Western-style macros.Colors like spring is served on a plate as it is!A steamed spring vegetable salad that is visually pleasing.
