Seminar by Professor Shinichiro Yamamura was held

118day, sunday. The 3rd "Stomach and pancreas disease improvement" of the seminar "Methods for improving physical disorders found from inspection" by Dr. Shinichiro Yamamura, a director of the Japan Macrobiotic Association and a dietician, was held. The teacher's story is always very interesting and beneficial to the so-called pillow part before entering the main topic.   i have a dream.I think I'm getting closer to realizing that dream, so I have to stick to it.It's a joy to try to do what you love. It's okay to do what you love for a long time. It's painful to do something you don't like.   For example, I play the guitar, but if I go on a business trip for a while and don't touch the guitar, my arm will drop.It is no longer playable. When I got home, I picked up the guitar and moved my hands. This is not painful or anything.   Also, although it is said that raising children is difficult, it is not difficult.Things don't go as planned, but you learn a lot when you're raising children.I think that doing what you like is a good thing if you do even bad things well.   The most obvious one is sickness. It's usually painful because of birth, old age, disease, and death, but there are many things that illness can teach us.Depending on how you look at it, even illness can turn into joy. Thanks to the disease, I had a carefree life, but it seems like I've come together.I really think that this world is made up of all the necessary things.   Are your dreams and the things you want to do that you created yourself?I don't think so, I have my father and mother, and on my father's side I also have my father and mother, on my mother's side I also have my father and mother.I think everyone has this experience, but I want my children to be happy somehow. So many ancestors have reached this far to wish for their own happiness. The reason why I want to do this may be that the thoughts of my ancestors have flowed through me for a long time.   You don't need to compare yourself to others for what you want to do.It's hard to compare.I often talk about it, but there are various flowers that bloom in spring, with cherry blossoms being the representative, but flowers don't have to bloom in spring. So, I think I have my own season.   The teaching of Zen is that you should concentrate only on trying to make your flowers bloom in the season when they bloom. I'm not saying it's difficult.let your flowers bloomYou don't have to compare yourself with other people.   Next time, in the last lecture of the year, 12Sunday 13th of the month. The theme is "Improve mental illness and infertility (reproductive organs)".Please join us.
