In a blink of an eye, it was October. This is a report on the Autumn Intensive Class that ended in September. September 10, 9 Fall intensive classes have started.The class got off to a lively start with participants from Malaysia and China.The atmosphere of the classroom was different from usual because it was a classroom with simultaneous interpreting on the stage.For beginners, Izumi Sasanami will teach you the basics.Everyone is so enthusiastic!Some of them said that they were taking the course because of poor physical condition or because they were sick in the family, and they were very interested in the lecture on allowances.On the first day, everyone was impressed by the real thrill of the regular meal called "steamed", which they learned for the first time. By the end of the five days, I was able to improve my skills and work as a team, so the practical training proceeded very smoothly.This is also proof that you have mastered the concept of “harmony”!During the presentation of their impressions, some said, "I'm glad I was able to learn not only about cooking, but also about 'the state of mind'."Even those who could finish only the beginner class due to their schedule were looking forward to the next class saying, "I definitely want to come again!"    And the intermediate class starts on the 15th.The intermediate class is centered on Eiko Komatsu, and we will tell you a little stepped up content.At the intermediate level, there was a lot to do in cooking, and at first they were a little confused, but they gradually built up their teamwork. She seems to be quite accustomed to "simmering", and when she was accustomed to it, she made mistakes such as burning, but the good thing about cooking classes is that you can experience such mistakes!I was able to master it while repeating the training.In the beginner's class, students who were asked, "Are you sure you don't want to take the scum?"During the presentation of their impressions, some said, "I was worried if I would be able to continue going, but my physical condition is getting better and better." I think I'll come to like this kind of cooking."He also expressed his aspirations for the advanced course, saying, "I want to successfully complete the advanced course, which includes hospitality dishes, for the next five days."   And the last 15 days.The advanced course started with a full house.The food becomes a hospitality dish, and more gorgeous dishes appear.And the lecture became more in-depth.There are students who have been participating continuously since the spring regular course, and the teamwork is perfect from the first day.The students who came from overseas were also impressed with the Japanese food presentation techniques.Once the food is ready, it's time for everyone to take pictures♪ Around this time, more than XNUMX days have passed, even for those who have taken the beginner's class in a row. I heard reports in the classroom saying things like, , I tried taking care of XX, and it got better."Even those who were tired returned the next day with refreshed faces, and everyone was in good spirits until the end.Principal Akiko Okada, who returned from the Tokyo classroom, also entered the classroom and had time to talk directly about the "spirit of regular food".At the end of the presentation, there were tears in the eyes of those who expressed their gratitude (to their families and people around them) for being able to participate in the intensive classes, those who said they were able to improve their sensitivity to cold, and those who reconsidered their way of life. Everyone really learned the proper meal in their own way and talked about further dreams.
