Held a seminar by Keiichi Nishishita, the secret of macrobiotics (basic edition)

45day, sunday.Dr. Keiichi Nishishita, the director of an acupuncture and moxibustion clinic who is in charge of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and dietary counseling at a clinic specializing in integrative medicine.Part 3 of the seminar "Secrets of Macrobiotics (Basics)""Understanding and Utilizing the Essence ~Shindo Fuji and the Whole Ichimono~" was held.   It's a chaotic era with a lot of information, so it's important to see through what's true.If something doesn't work out, I feel uneasy, so I think that in many cases, as a result of doing this and that, the project ends up half-finished.What is the essence?Understand and utilize your inherent nature.   In terms of yin and yang, it is not the same line if you say that it cools the body because it is negative and that the antioxidant effect of lycopene in tomatoes is good for the body.Harvesting in the summer will not change, but nutrients may change as science develops further.   I eat tofu because it is good for my health.Sounds good. When I told him that he should be careful because he would get cold, he said, "I know, I'm eating boiled tofu."The raw material for tofu is soybeans.Soybeans are a summer thing like eating edamame in the summer. There are properties that soybeans have, and what you eat with yudofu is not the properties, but the state at that time.Nature trumps condition. It is to have you cultivate power to see through to essence to ascertain such a thing.   [Prof. Nishishita's impression] As a summary of the XNUMX basics, with the theme of "understanding the essence and making use of it", I talked about Shindofuji and Ichibutsu as a whole. Regarding "Shindo Fuji", as Professor Sakurazawa says in his book, "All life phenomena are products of the environment and climate" and "Illness is the punishment of those who violate the laws of nature." I understand that being away from nature can be scary.   Today, we believe that by learning about “Shindo Fuji,” we can connect the “external nature” of each land and season, the “inner nature” of the human body, and even environmental issues such as food miles. I hope you can feel it.   Even if you try to control nature with human power, you need to know that human beings are just one existence in nature, just like natural disasters hit back.   Regarding the “whole thing,” there is the importance of keeping the whole thing as it is. I think you have understood the difference with specific examples such as the difference between whole soybean soy sauce and defatted soybean soy sauce, and the difference between brown rice and white rice. If we can understand that everything in existence has a meaning, we may be able to see the naivety of modern medicine, which cuts things out because they are unnecessary.   After the event, one of the participants commented, "Last year's 'Yin and Yang' was a big shock, but today's is a series of small 'I see'." In the past, as a principle of macrobiotics, "Shindo Fuji" and "Ichibutsu whole" were often followed by "yin and yang".   That's all, ′′ yin and yang ′′ is deep in the back. However, this time, I changed the order because I thought that I would be able to learn more about the principles after I learned about yin and yang, but in the end I think that was the right thing to do.   In the first installment, I said, ``Learning macrobiotics is the minimum necessary manual for living in today's chaotic world of information.'' It was a period of three times, but I'm glad that more people seem to understand the meaning.   [Participant's voice] ・A lot of things that I have heard of or thought I knew came out today.I could clearly see the difference between whole soybean soy sauce and non-maru soybean soy sauce, and it was a very learning time.   ・I knew that milk wasn't good for the body, but it made sense to me that it would lead to that.Today's two hours felt very short in a blink of an eye.   ・I'm glad I was able to learn a lot by participating three times in a row. I'm worried about my family's physical condition, so I would like to participate in the next series.   [For next time] I think it is true that there are still many people who encounter macrobiotics because they are sick themselves or in their family. I would like to pick up the symptoms that are most common among them, explain each disease, how to treat yourself, and how to interact with hospitals, from my experience working at a hospital.   Also, for prevention, of course, I think that even those who are in a position to learn macro and spread cooking etc. can hold down the minimum knowledge to consult.   We are looking forward to seeing you in the new series starting in June.   NEW〉The secret of macrobiotics (by symptoms) First1Times 6Month7Sun (Sun) Atopy, allergic diseases First2Times 7Month5Sun (Sun) diabetes, gout, cancer, lifestyle-related diseases First3Times 8Month2Japan (Sun) Rheumatism, collagen disease, autoimmune disease
