(Special Course) Mika's Natural Yeast Bread ~Second~

Saturday, November XNUMXth The second class of the special course natural yeast bread was held by Mika Nagahara. This time, we introduced whole grain bread and apple cinnamon rolls that use plenty of nuts and fruits.   Natural yeast was brought with raisins this time. From the evening of the previous day, we all kneaded the prepared bread. The room smelled of yeast.   On the day of the event, Ms. Chika Inoue, a participant who is currently enrolled in the training course, helped us early in the morning, preparing the steamed apples and the tofu cream.   Professor Nagahara's classes are fun and draw everyone in. Surprisingly, "Kneading bread leads to bust up", and she also showed off an episode with high femininity (laughs) ♪ The students were convinced that if such a wonderful natural yeast bread was baked, it would be a girl's power.   Whole wheat bread with plenty of nuts and fruits was lean and rich and really delicious. And the cheese cream-style tofu cream on top of the cinnamon rolls was also very delicious and I was excited.   Thank you very much to all the volunteers who stayed and helped bake the bread for the next day's event. Delicious bread was baked☆☆☆   Please look forward to the final episode. (Taka)
