Profile: Born in Gunma Prefecture in 1961.When he was a university student, he went to the United States and was surprised by the prevalence of obesity.He realized that Japanese food was the best diet food, and he was instructed by Dr. Shiro Matsuoka.After working as a lecturer of the Japan Macrobiotic Association, he moved to Ukiha City, Fukuoka Prefecture in 2003 and established the "Japan Brown Rice Seishoku Research Institute". In 2006, he started the "Musubi no Kai", and in addition to giving lectures, held health guidance, mini-fasting, and macrobiotic seminars in various places.He is a director of Japan Macrobiotic Association. |
