Awareness of curing pre-symptomatic disease and self-diagnosis

Starting July 2017, 4!
In macrobiotics, polished judgment is called "magic glasses".As the world diversifies, it is necessary to adjust the magic glasses in your own way. It's important to look at yourself objectively, self-check, and be conscious of self-care.
In this course, from the standpoint of someone who has experience working at a hospital, while explaining the stages of progressing from pre-illness to illness, the diagnostic methods of oriental medicine (observation, listening, questioning, palpation) and the basics of curing (Food, Breath, Movement, Thoughts) to correct posture and movement are condensed.
We recommend that you take all 3 classes as we will not only use it for the health of yourself and your family, but also add points to convey as a therapist / leader.
