Profile: Originally from Kyoto.She is the mother of two sons and one daughter.She became interested in her eating habits during pregnancy and childbirth, and she encountered macrobiotics.She learned theory and culinary methods from many of her direct disciples who inherited the great work of the founder Yoichi Sakurazawa.As she was active in various places, including the Japan Macrobiotic Association, her interest in her health increased further, and she studied oriental medicine and homeopathy.Her health talks, which make use of her knowledge, are popular because you can get a lot of hints on her energetic power and life. |
