This time, I learned a recipe that uses plenty of summer vegetables. Edamame are, of course, the taste of summer.On the right is "five fragrances", a mixture of spices that are sometimes used in Chinese medicine. Eggplants, green peppers, okra, cucumbers, and summer vegetables line up. One of the main side dishes is Mr. Hasuda's "Tofu Gyoza".They also taught me how to wrap it carefully. Everyone's masterpieces are lined up ... ♪ Arrange the wrapped gyoza carefully in a frying pan and steam-fry them. This is "Goko Kemame" (green soybeans, Goko flavor).By soaking the edamame in the seasoning liquid, the edamame has a nice medicinal spice-like aroma, making it a little different from the usual "freshly boiled edamame"! The okra tossed with plums is light and refreshing☆ The mapo eggplant was also solid and finished. Tasting is complete!The rice is mixed rice with cucumber and zha cai ☆ I had a sample, but it was very delicious with a taste that was delayed.We received a comment from Professor Hasuda. "Everyone was very skillful, and all the groups did a good job. The color of okra deteriorates with plums, so please mix it just before you eat it." However, it seems that summer vacation will be taken from around the 9rd to around the 3th in September.
