3/4 Impressions of the final intermediate Monday class

  Nice weather every day!Moreover, the temperature is high, and the cheerfulness of spring makes me want to go out somewhere.Well, the spring intensive cooking class started yesterday. People from nearby Osaka, to people from far away from Canada and Germany who have temporarily returned to Japan, are enthusiastically taking classes. Thank you for your continued support until the final beginner's class on Sunday!Well, this time, I will send the impressions of the presentations to everyone who attended the final class of the intermediate Monday class held on the 4th.

“The beginner class was hard and exhausting, but I look forward to the intermediate class every time and feel that it was fun.

"While reviewing, I was taught, so I got used to it."

"I'm slowly getting used to it, and I'm doing layered boils and braises at home. I'm glad I learned."

"I was desperate in the beginner's class, but in the intermediate class I started to understand the lectures."

“I learned how to use a kitchen knife. I learned a lot.

"Because the beginner classes I took before were spring and summer, I will take the fall and winter beginner classes."

"I've been worried about hay fever, but I'm surprised that I haven't used any medicine yet."

"When my child was in bed with the flu, I didn't make rice, but he said, 'I want to eat miso soup and plain rice,' so I was happy."

"I was able to learn from various teachers, and it was fun because they all had different personalities. I became pregnant during the course, so I want to give birth to a healthy baby. (Applause)"

“It was a different cooking method than I had learned before. I no longer use bonito stock powder or sugar.

“I practice yoga, and I feel that yoga is connected to physical health and a way of life, but a healthy diet is not just about food, it is also about a way of life and a way of thinking. I would like to build up the strength to carry on. I think there are many people who are suffering from hay fever especially this time of year, but I'm glad that the symptoms disappear with meals. Also, in order to review thoroughly, those who take the basic beginners and intermediate classes again, and in the spring and summer, you can also learn how to handle ingredients such as bamboo shoots and butterbur, so please look forward to it. The spring regular course starts in April, and we are still accepting applications.
