Mr. Komatsu and Mr. Sasanami, instructors of the Seishoku Cooking School, and Mr. Tsurumi, an instructor, acted as facilitators, and seven other people participated in reading "Zen Macrobiotic".
I think that there are many people who have come into contact with Mr. Sakurazawa's books even a little, but even if they read and thought that they understood it smoothly, there are words that others find difficult to understand. However, I was able to convince myself with the idea from a different perspective, and I was able to enjoy studying as if "the three of us are together, the wisdom of Monju".
