On July 7th, Kyoko Nozaki's macro-Mexican class was held at Osaka school. The teacher currently resides in Hong Kong! You are presiding over the Hong Kong classroom of the network school of Seishoku Cooking School. This time, I was taught a popular Mexican dish in Hong Kong, where a wide variety of races gather.
It is a Mexican dish unique to macrobiotics, such as plenty of vegetables, adzuki beans, and dried foods.
There are also Mexican-like ingredients such as lime, coriander, and chili sauce!
Anyway, I'm going to cut and cut and cut vegetables!
This time, a couple in their 80s who have been practicing macrobiotics for many years participated!
Rice flour crepe-style tortillas with ingredients such as dried miso chili con carne, soy milk cottage cheese, dried daikon radish salsa Mexicana, and creamy guacamole. There are also refreshing lime soup and crispy frites!
It was a fun class with a party-like atmosphere where everyone made it and served it on a platter!
Thank you very much!
