“Lecture on relieving body pain with Sotaiho” held

 

On July 7rd, the first Sotaiho course "How to Eliminate Strains in the Body by Yourself" was held by Dr. Toshifumi Suzuki, an acupuncturist and director of Suzuki General Treatment Center and a lecturer at Shin Shokuyokai.Macrobiotics is a food method that develops the order of the universe, but it can be said that sotai is the application of the order of the universe to movement.This course teaches you how to use the principles of movement to correct distortions in your body and eliminate pain on your own.

When I was little, my body was very weak, which was the reason why I entered the path of dietary nutrition and sotai.I was able to take medicines, capsules, tablets, and powders without water. (smile)

Specifically, the painful symptoms were rhinitis and empyema.I had never seen a clear runny nose because it was pus. I was chewing my hair every 5 minutes.I was wondering if I should have surgery at the hospital.Surgery in those days was a big deal, unlike today.My body temperature is as low as 35.5°C.My hands and feet were cold even in summer.My blood pressure was around 70mmHg/30mmHg.After the nurse took the measurements during the checkup, she tilted her head and asked me again.I was tired all the time and had headaches all the time.

 

Since I was a child, I had a strong likes and dislikes and was not good at meat.My parents put minced meat in the curry to make him eat it, but the minced meat was left behind.Even now, if there is ham in the fried rice, I can eat it without leaving a single grain of rice or ham in my mouth.And not with chopsticks, but with a spoon (laughs).I still hate meat that much.

 

There was a fig tree and a persimmon tree in the garden of the house where I grew up until I was 5 or 6 years old.There was an old saying (for your health) that you shouldn't plant live trees in your garden.

I don't eat meat or animal products, so my parents put most of the figs and persimmons in my mouth to feed me.Then, the symptoms I just talked about will follow the diet theory.Later, when I stopped eating fruit, it got better.

 

I first became interested in brown rice when I was in fifth grade, when my school teacher told me that brown rice is more nutritious than white rice.At that time, I asked him why he didn't eat brown rice, even though it was nutritious.After that, I asked my parents to cook brown rice for me.

Ever since I was a child, I have been more interested in the body and health than anyone else, and after that, I researched various treatments and health methods, and came across Dr. Yoichi Sakurazawa's dietary nutrition and Dr. Keizo Hashimoto's Sotai.And although I haven't been able to study most of the health methods and treatment methods in the world to the point where I can use them, I think I have touched on them to the extent that I can understand that they are generally done with this kind of thinking.
