Osaka School "Spring Macro DE Ethnic" classroom

On April 4th, Professor Eiko Komatsu held a "Spring Macro DE Ethnic" class at the Osaka school!A popular macro-ethnic cooking class held every summer. "Summer is synonymous with ethnicity!", but this time, it's a menu using spring vegetables such as peas and bamboo shoots.Although it is an ethnic dish, the cooking method balances the yin and yang to prevent the body from cooling down too much.Fresh herbs and spices are unique to ethnic. The students listened with great interest to Mr. Komatsu's unique episodes, such as the story of him giving birth in India, as well as traveling in India as a backpacker.
