Cafe Food Course 2016

On April 4th, Part 14 of last year's popular cafe course was held at Seishoku Cooking School Osaka. This time there is no cooking practice, only a lecture.Owners of two popular cafes visited Seishoku Kyokai. The first store is Rion Kirito, the owner of the popular cafe "Modernark Farm Cafe" in Motomachi, Kobe. She told us the story from how she started her business to the present. Figure 1.jpg What impressed me the most was the slapped words, "Feelings are more important than numbers."He told me that it is easy to match the numbers, and that even if you can do it, it doesn't mean you can open a store. DSC06113.JPG He told us about his unadulterated management stance. The Murakami sisters are said to be valuing "everyday life" as they create their shops and recipes.Kazumi Oka, who participated as a facilitator, opened an Italian restaurant with the theme of "extraordinary" in the past. DSC06110.JPG MOMONGA also brought out delicious Japanese sweets, which were enjoyed by everyone in packages with cute illustrations.During the question and answer session, very specific questions such as "how to find a property" and "location requirements" flew around, and everyone's enthusiasm was conveyed!  DSC06101.JPG   Secretariat Takako Miyamoto
