Tokyo classroom "Let's start brown rice life from spring"

On April 4rd, when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom in Tokyo, we held a cooking class titled "Let's start with brown rice life in spring" to teach the basics of macrobiotics.We learned how to cook delicious brown rice and how to make a basic miso soup that does not use dashi and maximizes the umami of the ingredients.Lecturer is Takako Miyamoto of Seishoku Cooking School Osaka school.She also talked about her own encounter with macrobiotics and the changes in her body when she switched to brown rice. All the detailed processes were done by the students so that they could incorporate it into their daily lives as soon as they returned home.The points were different from the usual dishes, and some people were using the pressure cooker for the first time. Tasting time start!It's a very simple menu, so you can feel the deliciousness of the brown rice and the deep taste of the miso soup, and you can enjoy each bite. The cooking class table was a little high for children, so we prepared a small table separately. It's like a small party of just the two of you, which makes me smile.
