February Research meeting and memorial service for the late chairman held

February research meeting after the food education forum.The teachers who showed their skills at the food education forum gathered again to study cooking.

On this day, at the request of everyone, we held a lecture on how to handle fish.Ms. Hiroko Shimada took the lead, and Mr. Kanou Miyata took the lead. Participating teachers, such as horse mackerel and sardines, will judge under the instructions of Mr. Miyata.I usually don't use a lot of meat and fish for macrobiotics, but I want to learn these basic techniques properly!And everyone was seriously learning.  

On this day, the students were treated to traditional dishes by Principal Okada, local dishes by Emiko Sasaki from Fukui, and nanohana dishes by Hirotaka Hashimoto.  

In the afternoon, Dr. Eiko Komatsu gave a research presentation on the very big theme of "What does teaching mean?", and everyone learned deeply.

 And this year, on the XNUMXth anniversary of the death of the late chairman Teizo Okada, after the study group, a "Shinobu-kai" was held with volunteers.Former members of the secretary, Kiyomi Noguchi, gathered together and had a peaceful time.Once again, it was a meeting that conveyed the thoughts of the teachers who are walking the ``seisokudo''.Principal Okada, who was the last to say hello, was also smiling from beginning to end.
