a swiss day

Japan and Switzerland establish diplomatic relations 150 this yearAnniversary.

On November 11th (Sunday), I participated in the “Swiss Day”, an event sponsored by the Kawachinagano International Exchange Center and officially recognized by the Embassy of Switzerland. The male staff in the photo is Mr. Young from Switzerland. He is also the proponent of this event.

Despite the rain, there were about XNUMX visitors on that day.

The "Natural Yeast Bread" and "Brown Rice Rice Balls" that we offered as samples were more popular than expected and were highly praised by the visitors.

"This bread is too good! Where can I buy it? Can I have another one?"

"When will the bread class open again?"

"I'm making bread, so I can tell right away if it's natural yeast or not. This is delicious~"

“Brown rice is surprisingly chewy and delicious! Where can I buy this?”

"I sometimes eat brown rice at home, but I can't make it this delicious~"

“What is seishoku? What kind of things do you teach in cooking classes?”

“I am interested in Japanese cuisine. It belongs to the Indonesian Embassy.

“There is also a parent-child class.

"What kind of things do you write in the 'Musubi' magazine? Are there recipes for seasonal dishes?!

"I'll write down your contact information, so please tell me more about the Japan Macrobiotic Association!"

... Waking up at 5:XNUMX in the morning and making brown rice balls was worth it.Miyamoto-sensei, I'm glad you did your best (*^_^*).Also, thank you very much to all the students who stayed late the day before the event and baked bread with all their might, Mr. Nagahara. At this event, as a sponsor, our association provided products such as Fuki Shokuken's golden sesame dressing. On the day of the event, it was distributed to visitors as a prize for the stamp rally. The golden sesame dressing was so popular that everyone decided to play rock-paper-scissors at the end, and it was a lot of fun~~up arrow (Fans)
