“Macrobiotic and Safe Childbirth&On the theme of "child care" 4Thank you very much for giving me a lecture from the month, and for listening to many people.

safelypart1is over, and again this3From the first day of consecutive holidays part2has started anew.

Everyone who participated in the heat, thank you very much.

Part2The title of the first installment, “Everything starts with the rules of correct eating,”"Food is the starting point of all life"Because I think

Of course, the big rules of the universe, such as Shindofuji and Ichibutsu-zen, are important, but in terms of child rearing, I believe that domestic order is the most important thing in terms of discipline.

I think it is important to live with awareness of the wisdom and knowledge of our predecessors about traditional Japanese culture, lifestyles, and food (local cuisine, etc.).

Specifically, respect the role of the family in the house, and let them know that there is order among the family members, such as setting the order of serving meals to grandpa and dad first.

Say the words before and after meals with gratitude.

Teaching the rules of how to eat, including how to hold chopsticks……Etc.

This is because I believe that all of these things are inspired by the providence and teachings of the natural world, and that this will lead us to live with pride as Japanese people.

It's embarrassing to say such a great thing, but what I cherished when I was raising my children was to make a clear distinction between special occasion meals (food for special occasions) and everyday meals.

Special days are everyone's birthdays and exams.100a point…… It's like that, but I cherished the seasonal festivals and enjoyed seasonal events at home.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the whole family prepared for the New Year and made New Year's dishes, wished for the growth of the children and drank sweet sake during the Peach Festival, or made kashiwamochi on Children's Day?

I believe that children will be able to feel the love of their families and the great love of nature that surrounds them.…….

At Shimogamo Shrine in Kyoto, where I live, a purification ritual called the "Mitarai Festival" is held during the Midsummer Day of the Ox in the precincts of the Mitarashi River.

It is a Shinto ritual where you put your feet in the river to pray to Seoritsuhime, the god of water.

Kids will love the cold water!

This year7Month19Day~22It's day.

If you don't mind, please go out with your family(^ _ ^) / *************************************
