Headmaster Satsuki's Journey [Fukuoka Saga Edition]

From May 5th to 12th, the principal went to Fukuoka and Saga in Kyushu.The purpose was to visit Takatori Nursery School in Fukuoka City and to give a special class at the Saga Ohisama Classroom, which is a network classroom.At Takatori Nursery School, under the direction of the principal, Mr. Fukue Nishi, she has been implementing macrobiotic-based school lunches for a long time.Today, educators from all over the country come to visit the nursery school. Takatori Miso.JPG As I introduced a little earlier in this blog, the miso used in school lunches is handmade by the kindergarteners as part of food education.The kindergarteners are really looking forward to being able to eat the miso they make themselves.Hana-chan, the girlfriend of "Hana-chan's Miso Soup" introduced in a certain variety program, is also a graduate of this Takatori nursery school.Children learn the importance of “appreciation for receiving food (= life)” and “chewing well” every time they eat school lunch.It is the teachers of the nutritionist who support the school lunch.In fact, all of these teachers, including those who graduated from the spring normal course in 2012, have learned in local classrooms (Fukuoka classrooms) and network classrooms.It is practiced every day after fully understanding why this school lunch is good for children.When we met again for the first time in a while, the principal said, ``Everyone is doing their best, and on the contrary, she has a firm feeling.''
