Perhaps many of the students decided to take the course because of their work, but the participants worked earnestly on the practical training. .In the afternoon, Professor Hiroko Shimada, who also came from Hyogo, was in charge of the second session. 
Since it was the first day, I was able to proceed with the class while also reviewing the morning class.After the class, I received comments from the teachers.Mr. Moriwaki said, "I think everyone was nervous the first time, but all the dishes were well done. I learned how to braise with miso soup, but from now on, I will braise various dishes. Please review it at home.Please add simmered daikon radish to your repertoire.” Mr. Shimada said, “Thank you for your hard work on the first day of the beginner class! I was nervous. Anyway, I will do my best next time so that you can be satisfied with the taste and have fun!” After all, if the students are nervous, it seems that the teachers are also nervous...
