The second week of September has passed, and the heat in the daytime is still continuing, but it's finally getting cooler in the morning. Yesterday, the last class of the spring regular course ended successfully. Thank you to all the students who participated.We are looking forward to seeing you again for public cooking classes, seminars, and more. Now!The autumn intensive cooking class will finally start tomorrow. From the 13th to the 17th, there will be beginner classes (10 classes in the morning and afternoon), intermediate classes from the 18th to the 22nd (same as above), and advanced classes from the 23rd to 27th (same as above).The cooking texts used are for autumn and winter.From the regular course (starting in October), you can quickly learn the dishes you want to eat during the cold season.
