Dough, white sauce, meat sauce-like tomato sauce... This time-consuming dish is a feast for "celebration day".
isn't it
Use a fork to quickly mix the dough ingredients together.
Once the ingredients have come together, knead them with your hands.
After resting the coherent dough, it is thinly stretched with a pasta machine.
When the dough is stretched, it becomes really long, so it is better to divide the work between the person who turns the handle and the person who takes care of the dough that comes out.
Take out the stretched dough one by one so that it does not stick and keep it away from drying.
Prior to making the dough, the finely chopped ingredients are heated to create a meat sauce-like tomato sauce.
It's a little boiled down, and it feels good.
Allow the cooked flour to cool to make it easier to mix with the other ingredients.
Add soy milk, mix, and heat to make a smooth white sauce.
Layer the dough, white sauce, and meat sauce in order on the mold.
Drizzle olive oil on the surface and bake in the oven until it has a nice color.
Freshly baked
Place in a bowl and garnish with Italian parsley to complete.
Accompanied by tofu caprese
After the meal, we enjoyed the dolce "Panna Cotta" that we made during the practical training, and coffee with grain coffee.
Professor Moriwaki explaining the slides. The plane is his title page, taken from the plane on the way there. The flight attendants also said that they had rarely seen them fly so close.
A picture of when I went to the market with my homestay mother. In addition, we felt like we were on a mini trip, such as the beautiful streets of Rome, tourist spots, the bakery, and the pictures of the dishes that we learned from "Mother" every day.
