Shinichiro Yamamura Born in Iwate Prefecture. Started a natural food store in 77 and learned the basics of nutrition and natural therapy from well-known natural therapy and macrobiotic diet instructors such as Hideo Omori, Michio Kushi, and Minako Yamanishi.
